I spent 20+ years in international trade, mostly in senior sales roles and as Sales Director. I did business, presented and negotiated in 57 countries worldwide.
As Sales Director I tripled the company's turnover within 4 years. That is not a CV line — it is the reason I know what works in a negotiation and what is just nice-sounding theory.
I studied International Trade at the University of Economics in Prague and the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid. I hold 2 × MBA in NeuroManagement. In workshops I apply the latest findings on how the brain works to concrete business situations. The result is higher performance of individuals and organisations, and greater personal satisfaction.
I learned foreign languages from zero and took them to the level where I negotiate in them. So I know what the road looks like from exactly where you are standing.
