Speaker Coaching
Your content is great. Now you need to deliver it greatly.

Speaker Coaching is individual training for people who speak in front of audiences, clients, colleagues, employees, a future employer, company management or at international conferences.
It is not only about what you say, but above all how you come across while saying it.
Together we tune your delivery so it is natural, confident, clear and convincing. We focus on voice, pace, intonation, body language, the structure of your message, and on how to capture an audience and hold its attention.
Whether you are preparing for a sales presentation, conference, TED-style talk, panel discussion, job interview or media interview, the goal is not to teach you to play the role of a speaker.
The goal is for you to be the best version of yourself when others are watching.
What do you need to handle?
Which of these are you in right now?
You present results to the board next week
You have the numbers. You also know the first thirty seconds decide the room — along with the questions you cannot prepare for.
You are speaking at a conference
An audience that doesn't know you, a hard time limit, and the feeling your topic reads better than you can tell it.
You are addressing clients you need to win over
Arguments are not enough. You need people to believe you and leave the room committed.
It's a media or on-camera interview
Short format, sharp questions and zero room to warm up.
The call that decides whether you get the meeting
Thirty seconds to convince the other side you are worth meeting — with no notes to lean on.
You are going after a job or a career change
Interview, self-presentation, pointed questions — all in a language you usually only write emails in.

Martin is a talented coach who combines his sales experience with his knowledge of Neuroscience. It may sound complicated, but in practice, it’s exactly the opposite – he makes things as simple as possible. To be honest, he pushes YOU to keep things as simple as possible. And it works. I’m achieving my goals and setting new, even more challenging ones. Most importantly, I know that with Martin by my side, I can make it happen.

I was invited to present my research to a panel of top American scientists at the Neurological Disorders Summit in Los Angeles. It was a huge opportunity, but I was also scared. I wanted to come across as confident and relaxed, and I wanted the audience to really listen to me. But I didn’t feel that way at all. So I decided to work with Martin. We got started right away. What surprised me most was how Martin used neuroscience principles to accelerate my progress. We changed slides, added questions, visuals, and stories, and worked on techniques to capture and hold the audience’s attention. But Martin prepared me for something much more important: how to stay calm and respond gracefully when something unexpected came up. And that’s exactly what happened. One of the audience members began to question my research and ask me uncomfortable questions. Instead of panicking, I knew what to do. I used what Martin taught me, kept my cool, and handled the “excavator” with ease. As I was leaving the stage, the conference organizer gave me a thumbs up. 🙂 For someone who was afraid to present her work in English just a few weeks ago, this was an incredible moment. In just four weeks, I not only gained presentation skills, I gained self-confidence, I started to believe in myself, and I proved to myself that I can perform even under pressure. Thank you, Martin, for preparing me for one of the most important events of my life.

Martin Vítek is NOT an English teacher. Nor is he simply a native speaker you meet for a casual conversation. He offers much more than that. I came to Martin with one main goal: to overcome my fear and communicate naturally in English. I regularly conduct business negotiations in English and several times a year I speak in front of larger audiences. Thanks to Martin, I have clearly improved in both. Martin can step into the role of a customer or business partner, simulate real-life situations and correct the mistakes that matter most. But his greatest value goes beyond English: he helps you develop communication habits you can use anytime, anywhere. Shorter, clearer sentences. Better use of your voice and pauses. And, most importantly, knowing how to recover smoothly when you get stuck. These skills have become so natural that I now use them even when communicating in my native language.

Why not a native speaker
A native speaker was born into the language. I had to learn it — just like you.
I learned English, German and Spanish from zero. I went through exactly the blocks you are stuck in now: the missing word, the frozen tongue, the fear of making a mistake mid-negotiation.
I took them to the point where I negotiate and work internationally in them — across 57 countries. So I know not only what to say, but how to get there.
How it starts
Three steps. Each has a clear purpose.
- 01
Your decision
Say it out loud: “I want to change this”. Not because it sounds good — but because it starts the will and courage to act.
- 02
Free first session
Before you invest energy, it makes sense to try it. If the first session energises you and you see the point, we continue. If you were looking for something else, the first session is on me. Either way, you gain.
- 03
Your improvement
We work on your real situations and the progress shows. When the goal changes, the strategy changes: training how to formulate an idea clearly in everyday conversation can easily turn into preparing your talk at a global conference.
